Products:

HEALING IS HER LLC do not accept returns or exchanges on aromatherapy products. Since the products are considered to be intimate personal care items and created with an intensity of potent herbs and oils, we do not want to jeopardise the value of the product once it is shipped and opened. However, we will be sure to accommodate our customers if there is an issue with the product that is within reason. For example, if a customer receives a damaged product, our solution process would be to accommodate customers by offering a new order or refund. We ask that you contact us by email at sales@healingisher.com within one week of receiving your order so that we can accommodate and reship.
