Meet the Founder, LaJean!
A faith-filled vessel, devoted mother, and passionate wellness architect, I am the Founder and CEO of Healing Is Her, LLC, and a globally ICF-accredited Wellness Coach. I specialize in guiding individuals, leaders, and organizations in establishing and sustaining wellness through Lifestyle Performance and Wellbeing Strategies, helping them cultivate habits, routines, and mindsets that support long-term vitality and purposeful living.
Beyond coaching, I am a Wellness Consultant, Product Developer and Facilitator, creating quality wellness experiences through products, workshops, trainings, and activations.
My journey into wellness was shaped over fifteen years in the non-profit sector, where I served my community. I led public health initiatives, mentored wellness teams, and consulted on organizational health and well-being projects—providing transformative wellbeing coaching to esteemed organizations such as Salesforce, Texas Children’s Hospital, PNNL, LinkedIn, and more. These experiences imbued me with a unique blend of strategic insight, compassionate leadership, and actionable wellness expertise.
Today, I continue to partner globally with individuals, organizations, and wellness establishments that are seeking to deepen the mission through sustainable and transformative wellbeing.
