If you have been wondering about Holistic Wellness Coaching, I invite you to imagine a space where you bring your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual needs... A place of safety. 

Our Holistic Wellness Coaching is an intense six week offering that allows individuals the opportunity to experience 1:1 coaching holistically. My clients and I, partner to take inventory of your needs by diving deep. In the depth of this experience, you will meet the parts of yourself that was likely separated but will finally be intersected for you to experience wholeness. After all, we yearn to understand our logic, behaviours, emotions, and beliefs. Furthermore, we discover blind spots, identify patterns, adopt perspective shifts, and ultimately commit and create a tailored wellness plan that will allow you to sustain a life of strength, confidence, and abundance as you journey to your life of wholeness. 

Wellness Commitment: 60 minutes per session for 6 consecutive weeks

Are you seeking a more intimate relationship with God? Are you committed to going all in? 
 Our Spiritual Wellness Coaching is an in depth six week offering that gives individuals the opportunity to grow closer to Christ through intimacy and deep understanding of His love. During this six week partnership, you will identify the location of your current walk, gain an understanding of Bible knowledge, identify common language, and develop a strategy that ultimately sustains the life of a believer. 

Wellness Commitment: 60 minutes per session for 6 consecutive weeks.

Our Health & Healing Coaching package is a four week comprehensive offering that allows individuals the opportunity to clearly identify their relationship with food and body. I like to address this concept as the mind and gut connection. As humans, what we ingest ultimately dictates our mental and emotional health just as it does our physical health. During our four week partnership, we will identify and acknowledge habits, shift perspective, and re-engage with gut healthy foods that would bring holistic health to your daily life by creative dieting. What is Creative Dieting? It is the ability to find balance in your diet by creating and adopting nutrient based foods to make your meals desirable, delicious, and sustainable for your well-being.  

Wellness Commitment: 45 minutes per session for 4 consecutive weeks
